Helpdesk Executive
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Executive to provide technical support and assistance to users within the organization or external clients. The role involves addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of IT systems, and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Respond to customer or internal user inquiries related to hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the help desk system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support when necessary.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users on resolving common issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Shift:
- Night shift
- Monday to Friday
