The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the IT sector. This role requires a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our IT products and services. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales proposals, contracts, and reports. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the company’s CRM system. Feedback: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments to improve products and services. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client expectations effectively. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve client issues promptly. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
