ABS IT Services is a Managed & Internet Service Provider, with main focus on Hardware, Software Development, Virtualisation, Hosted Services, Hosted Microsoft products, Telecommunications, Broadband, DR Solutions, Cyber/Data Security and Systems Maintenance. As the Company expands into new markets, a Sales Executive is needed to identify new prospects and convert these into sales. Job Description
This list of duties is not exhaustive, the role offers opportunities for the appointed person to develop other business that the Company can support:
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and following up with leads generated
Take inbound sales calls and provide upselling and cross selling opportunities to all customers
Make outbound sales calls to customers using a mixture of warm and cold leads
Place customer orders and resolve all customer enquiries at first point of contact efficiently
Evaluate customer IT and connectivity requirements and recommend solutions, IT equipment and service packages
Record all customer contact details by telephone using in-house systems adhering to mandatory compliance regulations
Generate and own a pipeline of deals with suppliers, which is regularly reviewed and updated
Quickly gain knowledge of all products and services in the company’s portfolio
Book appointments
Negotiate purchase costs of Connectivity and IT equipment and services with suppliers for SME orders
General understanding of the IT industry and keep up with trends and innovative products
Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to exhibit company and develop business
Manage workload to organise and prioritise daily and weekly targets
Promote the company through social media, such as Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

Ability to develop and lead sales team
Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
Qualifications:
Desired degree qualification or equivalent in Sales and Marketing or Business Information Systems/ Technology
Industry experience / qualifications relevant to the appointment
Experience:
Sales and Marketing experience: Minimum 3 years
Other:
Candidates are required to travel across Goa
Must have a clean driving licence and vehicle
