Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Executive to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and promote our textile products in-store. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Customer Service: - Meet and exceed sales targets. - Provide excellent customer service, guidance, and support. 2. Product Knowledge: - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of textile products (fabrics, garments, home textiles). - Make recommendations to customers. 3. In-Store Promotions: - Participate in visual merchandising and store displays. - Execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns. 4. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain customer relationships. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues. 5. Inventory Management: - Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies. - Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising. 6. Sales Operations: - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. - Maintain sales records and reports. 7. Team Collaboration: - Work with sales, visual merchandising, and store teams. - Share product knowledge and best practices. Requirements: 1. Sales, Marketing, Fashion, or related field. 2. 2-3 years of sales experience in textile or retail industry. 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. 4. Strong product knowledge and interest in textiles. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Desirable Qualifications: 1. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems. 2.
