### *Job Description* Booming Bulls Academy is seeking a talented and results-driven Advertising Expert to lead all paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, and Telegram Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive ROI, maximize reach, and achieve business objectives. ### *Roles and Responsibilities*: 1. *Campaign Strategy & Execution*: - Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Linked In, and Telegram. - Plan advertising strategies in alignment with marketing objectives and target audience. - Ensure effective budget allocation to maximize ROI and meet KPIs. 2. *Ad Creation & Testing*: - Craft compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. - Run A/B tests for ad formats, creatives, and audiences to improve performance. - Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-converting assets. 3. *Audience Targeting & Segmentation*: - Set up effective audience targeting and segmentation strategies. - Utilize first-party data, retargeting, and lookalike audiences for optimal reach. - Analyze audience behavior and refine targeting to improve conversions. 4. *Performance Tracking & Reporting*: - Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. - Provide detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders on campaign performance. - Implement conversion tracking and optimize campaigns based on insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.). 5. *Optimization & Scaling*: - Continuously optimize campaigns to lower costs while improving conversions. - Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability. - Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats. 6. *Collaboration & Coordination*: - Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. - Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. 7. *Budget Management*: - Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently. - Forecast budget requirements based on campaign objectives and historical data. 8. *Compliance & Ad Policies*: - Ensure that all campaigns adhere to the respective platform’s advertising policies. - Regularly review and update campaigns to comply with any changes in platform rules. ### *Qualifications*: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). - *4+ years of hands-on experience* in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, and Telegram Ads. - In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, targeting options, and optimization strategies. - Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. - Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. - Proven track record of delivering results, including improved ROI and conversions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple campaigns. - Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint certifications are preferred but not required. ### *Additional Skills*: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital advertising.
