About the Role:
Managing supply expansion, retention, and demand generation to achieve defined business goals.
Job Responsibilities: •
Acquire holiday homes for the region as per sales target and brand guidelines set by the organization within the defined CAC & TAT
- Effectively build a sufficient lead pipeline to ensure supply targets are met
- Take initiatives to engage with the lead pipeline on an ongoing basis ensuring a higher possible conversion rate
- Effectively negotiate and ensure best commercials for all leads converted
- Support teams in retention, grievances and the performance of properties onboarded to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Manage documentation and data of leads and converted homes
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualification and Experience:

Master's degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in business development.
