Front Desk Executive

Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Location: Crimson World School, Rudrapur
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Salary: As per industry standards

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors at Crimson World School. The role requires a professional and friendly individual who can handle administrative tasks, ensure smooth communication within the school, and provide an excellent front-desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Management:
  • Greet and welcome parents, students, staff, and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Communication:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to inquiries from parents, students, and staff in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective communication between the front desk, administration, and teaching staff.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain records of visitors and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Assist in basic administrative duties like handling couriers, maintaining school forms, and distributing information.
  • Help with organizing school events and meetings when required.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain and update student and parent information in the school's database.
  • Manage attendance records, student reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle queries, concerns, and complaints from parents and students with professionalism and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Coordination:
  • Coordinate with various departments within the school to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the school management when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a similar customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Polite and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an educational setting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of school management systems or databases is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
