Role & responsibilities:
Hiring for an MNC in Chandigarh & Mohali. Good start for Fresher candidates and Great opportunities for Experienced ones.
-Your role majorly involves technical assistance and customer service handling.
- It is a Troubleshooting process where you have to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
-Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
-Assisting Customers over Calls, email and CHAT

Age should be 21 at the time of Interview and Max age is considered as 30
