Job description :
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
Resolve customer complaints via phone , chat , email
Responding to customer emails and chats in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers issues.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high quality standards
Required skills:
- Candidates should have good communication skills in English [written and verbal]
- Qualification: Graduation is must. Freshers can also apply
- Only night shifts
- Work from office profile
- Any 5 days working
