- Inbound and Outbound calls, advise customers and follow up with the customers
- Ability to convience customers about taking the trip with Switrus
- Provide professional and quality consultation that exceeds client expectations
- Should have good communication skill
- Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Handling Incoming Calls , Follow up with Exciting Customers, Followup with FIXED Departure customers, Provide Group and Individual Packages as per requirement , Maintain Good Relationship with the customers and obtain feedback from customers.
