Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele caller to join our team at The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists. Introduce and explain real estate projects, features, and benefits. Schedule appointments or site visits for interested clients with sales executives. Follow up with clients after the initial contact to ensure engagement and interest. Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to client questions. Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and feedback in the CRM system. Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the company. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on client engagement strategies. Key Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or in sales (experience in real estate is a plus). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in [Languages Required] (e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
