Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling to students and parents on courses, career paths, and admission processes.
Assist students in identifying academic strengths and areas for improvement.
Guide students in selecting appropriate educational programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
Conduct counseling sessions via phone, email, and in person.
Stay up to date with the latest educational trends, course offerings, and admission requirements of various institutions.
Help students prepare for entrance exams, interviews, and application processes.
Maintain accurate student records and track progress in the admissions process.
Conduct follow-ups with potential students and ensure high conversion rates.
Organize and participate in career fairs, webinars, and other events to promote academic programs.
Collaborate with academic departments to ensure students are receiving appropriate guidance and support.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
Prior experience as an Academic Counselor or in a similar advisory role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to build rapport with students and provide personalized guidance.
Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and educational tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
