Wellversed is hiring a Food technologist for the specific purpose of researching and developing new products and creating food product compositions that work in an industrial process.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Candidate Should have hands-on experience with basic food-related equipment like Hot Air Oven, Kjeldahl, etc., and should have basic knowledge of complicated equipment like HPLC, GC
- Candidate should be able to conduct market research
- Candidate should be able to conduct Ingredient Research
- Candidate should be able to conduct Need Specification Research (Output Driven Research)
- Candidate should have experience in COGs Reduction
- Candidate should have relevant knowledge and experience with Research tools
- 4+years of Full-Time Experience in Food Technology or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Technical skills with a strong understanding of new product development (NPD) processes.
- Relevant degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition or Doctorate.
- Deep knowledge of research methodologies and the ability to obtain focused results.
