Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage management, culinary arts, or a related field, and will be enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge with students. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, and contributing to the growth and reputation of our program. Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Food and Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A doctoral degree is preferred but not required.
Experience: Significant professional experience in food and beverage management, culinary arts, or a related industry. Teaching experience at the post-secondary level is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations, industry trends, and best practices. Familiarity with current technological tools and platforms used in food and beverage education.
