GIHM is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Food and Beverage Service Faculty member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management, along with a passion for teaching and developing the next generation of hospitality professionals. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction, engaging in curriculum development, and contributing to the growth and success of our food and beverage programs. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with a demonstrated track record in restaurant or hospitality management.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and motivate students, proficiency in course management software, and familiarity with current industry standards and technologies.
