Job Summary: Yavis Restaurant is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Controller to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our F&B department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the hospitality industry, with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze the F&B department's financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support decision-making.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to optimize menu pricing and food cost management.
Conduct regular audits of inventory, purchasing, and receiving processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Train and mentor staff on financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Assist in developing and implementing F&B promotions and marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an F&B Controller or in a similar financial management role within the hospitality sector.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
