Job Summary:
Yavis Restaurant is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Controller to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our F&B department. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the F&B department's financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support decision-making.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to optimize menu pricing and food cost management.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, purchasing, and receiving processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Train and mentor staff on financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing F&B promotions and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an F&B Controller or in a similar financial management role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
