As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by visiting potential clients, demonstrating our IT solutions, and building strong relationships. Your primary role will be to engage with customers face-to-face, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present and promote IT solutions.
Understand client requirements and provide customized product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest product offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT products and services.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
