Maths Faculty
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Maths Faculty member to join our team to prepare students for competitive exams such as RBI GRADEB, SSC, IBPS, UPSC, and other relevant assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical background, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Curriculum Development:
- Develop and update curriculum materials aligned with competitive exam formats.
- Create engaging lesson plans and study materials to facilitate effective learning.
- Teaching and Instruction:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in mathematical concepts, problem-solving techniques, and exam strategies.
- Conduct regular classes, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions to enhance student understanding.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help students improve their performance.
- Student Support:
- Mentor and guide students in their preparation for competitive exams.
- Address individual student needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in competitive exams and educational methodologies.
- Participate in faculty training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other faculty members to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience may be considered).
- Proven experience in teaching Mathematics at a competitive exam level.
- Strong understanding of the competitive exam syllabus and patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
- Experience in creating digital learning materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
