Job Description

RM Configuration:

Develop, document, and maintain configuration management processes and procedures.
Configure and customize systems to meet business requirements and specifications.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure changes are applied smoothly and without disruption.
Test and validate changes to ensure they meet the desired outcomes and do not introduce new issues.
Diagnose and resolve configuration-related issues.
Ensure configurations comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulations.

Desired qualities

Strong understanding of Navitaire PSS system.
Proficiency in Utilities, NDP, Sky Fare, Skyspeed, Go Now & Sky Schedule.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Good understanding of Fare Filing through Sky Fare.
Hands on Programing language Python, Java etc.
