Product Optimization: Upload new products with accurate and appealing descriptions, images, and relevant metadata for SEO and improved customer engagement.
Sales Strategy & Performance: Assist in developing and executing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and overall sales across e-commerce platforms.
Campaign Management: Coordinate e-commerce promotions and digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team on product launches, discount offers, and seasonal promotions.
Customer Service: Address customer queries and issues related to e-commerce sales, orders, returns, and shipping in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate regular reports on sales performance, user behavior, and website traffic.
SEO and SEM: Work with the marketing team to improve organic search results and paid search strategies for product pages.
Payment & Logistics Coordination: Ensure that payment gateways, shipping, and logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently, working with third-party vendors if necessary.
Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to suggest improvements for the e-commerce platform.
