Tedhi Medhi Family, an upcoming Content to Commerce brand is looking for E-commerce operations executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Job Responsibility:
Pay: ₹9,413.41 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Job Responsibility:
- Order Processing: Process sales orders received from customers, ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to facilitate order fulfillment and timely delivery
- Customer Communication: Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates.
- Maintain positive and professional customer relationships.
- Develop a solid understanding of our products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Stay updated with product updates, industry trends, and market dynamics to effectively support the design team.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance sales support efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Graduation in commerce/arts/science
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-focused approach and ability to build positive relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams
Pay: ₹9,413.41 - ₹12,000.00 per month
