Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to measure ROI and effectiveness. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies. Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
