Field Sales Executive
Job Overview:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with clients for residential, commercial, and investment properties. This role involves traveling to various locations, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Identify and generate potential leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
Build a pipeline of prospects by visiting potential buyers and investors in person.
2. Client Meetings:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their property needs and provide suitable options.
Arrange site visits for clients and offer insights into the property market.
3. Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Close deals and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final negotiation and documentation.
4. Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
