Job Responsibility
Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media. Resolve complaints and issues promptly. Knowledge of CRMs like Zendesk, Zoho, and others. Provide accurate product and service information. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Investigate and resolve complaints. Escalate issues when necessary. Follow up with customers for resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions. Update customer information in the database. Prepare customer feedback reports. Communicate effectively to resolve customer needs. Collaborate with team members and departments.
Educational Requirement
Any Graduate
Excellent English Communication skill ( Verbal Efficiency)
Basic computer knowledge - (MS Word and MS Excel Efficiency)
