Customer Support Representative

  • Job Context
    We are seeking a highly empathetic and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling customer inquiries and issues primarily through chat channels, providing exceptional service and addressing the pain points and concerns of our global customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Job Responsibility
    • Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media. Resolve complaints and issues promptly. Knowledge of CRMs like Zendesk, Zoho, and others. Provide accurate product and service information. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Investigate and resolve complaints. Escalate issues when necessary. Follow up with customers for resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions. Update customer information in the database. Prepare customer feedback reports. Communicate effectively to resolve customer needs. Collaborate with team members and departments.
  • Educational Requirement
    • Any Graduate
    • Excellent English Communication skill ( Verbal Efficiency)
    • Basic computer knowledge - (MS Word and MS Excel Efficiency)
    • Internet Savvy (Efficiency)
    • Email (Efficiency)
    • Good Knowledge about Social Media (Preferred)
  • Experience Requirement
    • Fresher
  • Additional Requirement
    • Age 22 to 32 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Male Candidates must be comfortable in Night shift
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
    • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and other team members
    • Good time-management skills
    • **Candidates who are located in Hooghly district or nearby Hooghly district will be more preferable**
    • **Candidates, belonging from a CBSE or ICSE background will be given preference**
