You will provide hands-on support to doctors and patients, ensuring they can easily navigate and utilize our AI diagnostic tools. - Conduct on-site or virtual training sessions for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff on integrating and using our technology in their daily practice.
- Provide real-time support and troubleshooting for any issues encountered by users.
- Collect feedback from users to help improve the application's functionality and user experience.
- Maintain detailed records of user interactions, problems encountered, and solutions provided.
- Stay updated with product updates and features to provide accurate information and support.
- Strong command of English and the local language(s), with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient typing skills on both mobile devices and computers.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.
- High level of empathy and patience to assist users with varying levels of tech-savviness.
- Educational background in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
