>18 Months - U2 - (min 18 Months International BPO customer service experience) Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert Prior exp in Sales and Billing handling and resolutions.
Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal/Comprehension skills
Should have Basic computer knowledge
Candidates should be willing to work in US shift
Walk-In location - Gate No 2, Survey No. 64, Unit No. 12, Plot No. 35 & 36 Hi-Tech City Layout, Jubilee Enclave, Madhapur, Telangana 500081
Things to avoid
any Domestic exp/Any non-voice exp / Any Non BPO exp/Age >37/Out of Transport boundary cases / Candidates with fixed week off / Candidates who are not ok with night shifts
