Job Title: Customer Support - North American Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (Two-way cab provided)
Week Offs: Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
Position Summary:
We are seeking candidates for a Customer Support role in the North American Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle and resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering exceptional service to North American customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (Two-way cab provided)

- Adhere to company guidelines to ensure service quality.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work night shifts with fixed weekends off.
- Availability to work 6 days (day shift) during the training period.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Two-way cab facility during night shifts.
