Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty through outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Provide detailed product information and support for website navigation.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., shipping, inventory) to resolve issues.
Support the media team by conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend to queries received via social media, providing timely and accurate responses.
Compile and organize data as needed for reports and analyses.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management.
Contribute to the development of customer support processes and materials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
A graduate degree in any relevant field.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e Commerce environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
