Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, and in-person)
Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and services
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Maintain a deep knowledge of Aaivan Fashion Hubb’s product offerings
Work closely with other teams (sales, warehouse, delivery) to ensure smooth customer experiences
Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction
Support customers with sizing, product availability, and other related questions
Gather customer feedback and provide insights for improvement to management
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (experience in fashion or retail is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English and Hindi)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally
Good organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of customer service software or CRM systems is an advantage
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
