Customer Support Executive
Role & responsibilities
- Create and manage onboarding campaigns and onboarding journeys to ensure all new users have a smooth and successful experience.
- Outbound calling process.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients(Agents) and handle any issues or concerns they may have through calls .
- Deliver training and support to new users, either calls or in person or remotely to ensure they understand how to use the product or service.
- Monitor user engagement and satisfaction during the onboarding process, and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure user needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's /Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B technology sales, preferably in software solutions, Saa S, IT services.
- Female candidate is preferred only

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
