Responsibilities: · Onboarding new clients that have signed up to use our services and retaining old clients. · Be the first point of contact for customers. · Liaise with our Partner Services & sales team within India. · Upsell our products to existing clients. · Telephone interaction with customers, follow up for payments, emails & business updates. · Non-Technical position (STAAH Channel Management and handling).
Should tactfully handle all client queries related to OTA's
