Job Description:

- Experience:
- Freshers: ₹3 LPA + Variables
- Experienced candidates (relevant international voice process experience): Up to ₹5.5 LPA (25-30% hike on current CTC)
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Availability: Immediate joiners only
- Handling inbound calls from UK-based customers
- Providing effective solutions to customer queries
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate information
- 24x7 rotational shifts
- 5-day workweek with 2 rotational offs
