Customer Success Associate (Female)
Job Title: - Customer Success Associate (Preferably Female)
Job Overview: - Our company is searching for a customer success specialist who will roll up their sleeves and lead from the trenches. As a key member of the leadership team, the specialist will help craft our customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities: -
Working Days: Monday- Saturday
Working Hours: 9 PM- 6 AM (Night Shift)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month

Responsibilities: -
- Working Night shifts from 9 pm to 6 am Monday to Saturday.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide a "wow" experience for our customers by going the extra mile – inquiries are via email/chat, or via phone call.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Attending Board Meetings which may be held during Business hours or non-Business hours. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Fresher's preferred)
- Strong skills in verbal and written communications
- Excellent command over English
- Active team player
