Role and Responsibility :
Handles customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, and provides accurate information to customers. Needs to resolve complaints, escalate issues, and document customer interactions
Skill set Excellent comms in both English and Hindi, No MTI or RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors
Qualification Graduate/HSC from any field
Experienced can only apply
Minimum Age 18 years and maximum 30 years
Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
Work from Office
Working:- 6 days with Rotational shifts
Location PLOT NO, 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
