About the internship (FRESHERS ARE WELCOME) Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: (email and calls)
1. Understand the SOP, processes, and policies of the customer support department
2. Handle incoming calls received on our customer support number
3. Understand customer's problems with respect to the products (technical or non-technical), then accordingly provide correct troubleshooting (if available)
4. Ensure that the customer has provided all required details and filled out the required form to process the case further
5. Coordinate internally with different departments to resolve customer queries
6. Maintain call records and share the report with the DRI on a daily basis.
7. Schedule reverse pick-ups of faulty products from customer's addresses

Candidates have to handle the customer support responsibilities of both email and phone calls. 4. Communication has to be very fluent! 5.
