Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Location: HILITE BUSINESS PARK KOZHIKODE
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling:
  • Engage in outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Provide information about products and services, answer queries, and address client concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
2. Sales Conversion:
  • Persuade potential clients to purchase products or services by effectively explaining the benefits.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales deals to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Track and convert cold leads into active customers.
3. Target-Oriented Work:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Contribute to team sales goals and actively work towards achieving them.
  • Identify and work on high-potential leads for maximum conversion.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in telecalling and sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
