Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and follow up on leads assigned in a timely and professional manner. Respond to inbound customer queries related to our services and provide accurate information. Maintain a high standard of communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in both English and Hindi. Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to maintain a high productivity rate. Draft clear and professional emails as required. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain and update records of calls and interactions with customers. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an Inbound/Outbound call center. At least 1 year of Tele-Sales/Voice-based support experience is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
