We are looking for Customer Support Executives(Non-Voice) who will assist customers via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, and other non-verbal platforms. You’ll play a key role in resolving customer queries, consulting with compassion, and ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer experience. You’ll report to the Team Lead and contribute to the overall success of the team by consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming communications from customers via chat, email, and other non-verbal platforms.
Provide quick and effective resolutions to customer issues using written communication.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer needs.
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills in English, including grammar and spelling.
Basic knowledge of computer applications.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
Education: 10 + 3 Diploma/HSC/Any Graduate.
