Customer Service Representative

- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause and providing appropriate solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in using software applications, including Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
