Job Title: International Customer Care Executive
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Process: Customer Care Executive – International Voice Process (US & UK)
Role Description:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers, resolving queries, and maintaining strong relationships. This role will involve helping customers achieve their goals, handling inquiries, managing escalations, and supporting contract-related projects. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. Competitive pay and opportunities for personal development will be provided.
Eligibility:

• Minimum 8 months of international BPO telecalling experience.
• Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to speak fluently for 2-3 minutes.
• Knowledge of KPIs/Metrics such as AHT, Call Quality, C-Sat, and D-Sat is required.
• Minimum qualification: 12th grade pass.

Joining Date: 25th September (Hyderabad).
Salary Structure:
Annual CTC: ₹3,87,000 to ₹4,67,000 LPA
In-hand Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹35,000 depending on experience

• 7-17 months of experience: ₹3.87 LPA
• 18-23 months of experience: ₹4.2 LPA
• 24+ months of experience: ₹4.67 LPA

Shift: Core night shift (5 days a week)

Interview Process:

• The initial screening round.
• The first round with the HR team (Video Interview).
