Profile - Domestic Voice Process
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Resolving customer query quickly and efficiently.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:-
Should be good in communication both in Verbal Communication
Self-motivated
Shift - 5 Days Rotational
Weekly offs - 1/2 Days Rotational off depending on the process
Minimum Qualification - Undergraduates and Above
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,160.29 - ₹16,000.00 per month
