We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Client Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the sales process.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a D2C or B2C environment.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
