Customer Sales Advisor
As a Customer Sales Advisor in the automotive sector, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand, building relationships with potential buyers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires a combination of sales skills, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen actively to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about our vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Sales Process:
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Conduct test drives to showcase the features and performance of different models.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, including price, financing, and trade-in options.
- Relationship Building:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to promote new products and services.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry, including new models, technologies, and trends.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle lineup, including key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
