Customer Relationship Executive (Female) - Chullikal- Fortkochi
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (Female ) Chullikal-Fortkochi
Responsibilities
Calling customers and persuading them to purchase the products of Abad foods.
Responsible for doing payment follow up
Receiving the orders from the customers and Coordinating with the operation team in Kerala branches to ensure the timely delivery of the products.
Handling incoming calls, attending to complaints, and forwarding them to concerned departments.
Payment follow up
Qualification
Graduation
Female Candidates with Similar Experience can apply, Knowledge in excel is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
