Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role, among other CRE duties, primarily involves handling inquiries and after-sales support, conducting follow-ups through calls and emails, redirecting customers to the appropriate departments, and assisting the sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and possesses strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers through calls, emails and other channels to ensure their needs are met.
  • Redirect customers to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving business objectives by providing customer-related support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer activities and feedback to management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven experience handling inquiries, follow-ups, or after-sales support through calls and emails.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
