Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication (phone, email, meetings).
2. Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and provide tailored solutions.
3. Identify and address customer concerns, escalating critical issues to management.
4. Foster customer loyalty through personalized engagement and value-added services.
5. Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve products/service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
