- Ensuring the calendar is organized efficiently, scheduling appointments, and managing conflicts. - Handling all communication including email, phone calls, and meetings. Can be able to filter out irrelevant communication, prioritize important matters, and respond promptly to stakeholders. - Arranging all travel plans, locally and meetings at the local and during travel - Providing administrative support such as document preparation, report writing, data entry, and handling confidential information. - Assisting with projects, tracking progress, managing deadlines, and ensuring completion. - Organizing and coordinating events such as meetings, seminars, and conferences. - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as clients, investors, and employees. - Conducting research on the market, competitors, and potential opportunities, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. - Assisting with strategic planning, identifying goals, and creating action plans to complete it.
