Customer Relationship Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
Telecalling Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Schedule appointments for test drives, service visits, and sales consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand promotions and inventory.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling dealership products and services.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional campaigns.
Customer Feedback:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Address any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain an organized database of customer information and interactions.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and sales performance as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
