Responsibilities
1. Make calls to customers and obtain required clarity for proceeding with manufacturing.
2. Address in bound technical queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Liaise with manufacturing department for smooth workflow
4. Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and gain proficiency.
5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
8. Multi-lingual. Required to work in 24x7 environment with rotational shifts.
Minimum Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate
Preferred Qualification
- Candidate preferred with excellent communication skill in English and Hindi, Malayalam and experience of upto 1 year working in relevant field would be added feature.
