Job Summary:
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring proper documentation, following up on leads and enquiries, supporting marketing activities, and coordinating with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction. The role also involves data entry, report generation, and assisting in the execution of marketing plans to help meet dealership targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow-Up on Enquiries:
Engage with customers who inquire about Hyundai vehicles via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Maintain a detailed log of all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
Provide accurate and prompt information about vehicles, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
Coordinate Marketing Activities:
Assist the marketing team in planning and executing dealership events, promotions, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive footfall and conversions through various channels, including digital and offline media.
Ensure that promotional materials, banners, and signage are effectively displayed and communicated to customers.
Documentation & Data Entry:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, purchase details, test drives, and other dealership transactions.
Ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
Marketing Plan Execution:
Support the marketing department in implementing marketing strategies.
Assist in developing and distributing marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Monitor customer responses to marketing campaigns and provide feedback to improve future strategies.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on lead conversions, customer feedback, and marketing campaign outcomes.
Provide insights on the effectiveness of follow-ups, marketing efforts, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role (automotive experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) and CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
